The series— 10 sessions

This systematic journey through the body’s individual parts and layers provides a comprehensive exploration and understanding of your unique movement and holding patterns, and how you relate to your body and your environment. The series moves from superficial layers to deep core layers, then finally integration and how to support yourself moving out into the world with a new-found awareness of “you”.

10-Session Series: $1100 when pre-paid in full. **Savings of $150 compared to same number of individual session payments**

These sessions offer the option to focus on specific issues you would like to address and go at a pace that works best for you.

90-minute session: $125

**SPECIAL OFFER FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS: If you would prefer an introductory session to get an experience of the work, I am currently offering a 30-minute session for $30 for new clients.

yoga therapy sessions

“Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga” (International Association of Yoga Therapists). I offer sessions if you would like to use a therapeutic yoga approach for establishing a new yoga practice or deepening your existing practice. This approach helps you gain an understanding of your unique body-mind dynamic while also identifying and addressing any existing imbalances in the body. This is also a great way to complement the changes and new awareness that you have experienced with the structural integration bodywork. In these sessions, we will work together to design a personal yoga-inspired movement practice that is based on your unique needs and goals. You will receive a written and/or recorded practice to use at home. This therapeutic approach meets you exactly where you are, so no previous experience with yoga is necessary. A few examples of what yoga therapy can be helpful for are:

  • befriending your nervous system and learning how to become more regulated

  • stress reduction

  • improving sleep

  • flexibility and mobility

  • addressing imbalances in the body
